Hailing from the Mean Streets of the late 1970s London punk scene, “Cowboy” Kenny Bishop performed regularly at iconic venues such as the Roxy Club and Vortex. Following the band’s dissolution in 1978, Bishop formed Action Replay and then 24 Hours, releasing 3 singles with Charisma records, including the hit solo cover of Tom Jones’ “It’s Not Unusual” (as Little Tom).

Taking a brief hiatus from music to attend cooking school, the punk rocker-turned-culinary cowboy opened his famous Cowboy Kenny’s Bar and Que, where he hosts weekly bands and frequently joins them on percussion and/or vocals. Kenny also entertains at other local venues with his band Idaho Twins or plays his own solo material.

Kenny’s new project, Cowboy Kenny & Co., showcases his eclectic style and features collaborations with other artists. “In Reverse” is the first single and, always the provocateur, will feature a music video filled with Kenny’s truth bombs. The single will be released on 01 October 2023 and will be available on all major streaming and downloading platforms.
